I tried your new self scan cart. I am not a fan of self check out. Since there is no discount for ringing my own groceries, I prefer full service! However, that is the days and times in which we live. This cart was rather convenient!
I had an experience in your store that I wanted to share. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breat Cancer 8 months ago. It has been a scary experience for me. I am terminal. Yesterday I was having a difficult day but I needed groceries. I went to the Krogrr on Tylersville road - as I was there I was feeling much worse. I kept passing out in the wheel chair. Their service is ok. It's hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone behind the counter with no customer service skills what so ever and just need to stay home if they are having that bad of a day and sometimes they are very nice. It's not the best, or the worst. Walgreens is much worse!
