Their service is ok. It's hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone behind the counter with no customer service skills what so ever and just need to stay home if they are having that bad of a day and sometimes they are very nice. It's not the best, or the worst. Walgreens is much worse!

This is by far the worst Kroger Pharmacy I have had the misfortune to visit! The two regular women pharmacists' that are there are so rude! The rest of the staff is almost as bad! They are so slow and don't even look up to acknowledge you! As far as being on the auto refill program you might as well not be! They don't have your medication ready on time, if they even have it in stock, and if there is a problem with it, like too early to fill, or anything else, they don't have the decency to call you and let you know. I have always used the Kroger pharmacies near where I live for the convenience of it and have been more than satisfied with them but this one sucks!!!! Don't do it! It is more of an inconvenience than anything else!! As far as the rest of the store, it smells and they don't have much inventory, if they do it's either stale or if it's produce it isn't much to look at! This location of Kroger needs to be evaluated by their corporate office and help needs to be had badly and quick!

I tried your new self scan cart. I am not a fan of self check out. Since there is no discount for ringing my own groceries, I prefer full service! However, that is the days and times in which we live. This cart was rather convenient!

I had an experience in your store that I wanted to share. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breat Cancer 8 months ago. It has been a scary experience for me. I am terminal. Yesterday I was having a difficult day but I needed groceries. I went to the Krogrr on Tylersville road - as I was there I was feeling much worse. I kept passing out in the wheel chair. I went into the restroom area to figure out next steps. I parked and thought if I rested for a few minutes i could

One of the best grocery stores i've been to in years. The whole staff are the friendliest, most helpful people you'll ever meet. The store is so clean, and feels like a second home. It's as to heaven as one can find on earth.

As useless as it gets. Why the heck do they offer online ordering with a pickup date/time, if nobody at the pharmacy gives a s*** about preparing the orders??? Half a day past the "pickup time" and status has not changed at all. Utterly pathetic.

This is the worst Kroger I have ever been in. It is extremely poorly managed. First the smell of rotten produce hits you as you walk in. The store is marginally clean. Always pay attention to the cost. Found several times the prices don't match the signage. When you check out using a cashier watch not only the price but that they put all the products in your bags. I have gotten home several times to finds missing products but was clearly charged. Customer service is extremely marginal. We have started to shop elsewhere due to the condition of the store but you find that for that quick needed item you take speed over quality. Avoid whenever possible.

My family has been buying cakes at this bakery for over 40 years, literally since this Kroger was located where Big Lots is currently located.

Two stars for convenience as we live 2 minutes away. Clicklist pickup service is incredibly slow every time. Would recommend Yankee road Kroger for clicklist. Always 5 minute or less wait. Won't be buying groceries from Tylersville Kroger anymore.

Just moved back to Cincinnati and have always loved Kroger's so was happy to see one so close to my new home. First and last visit there today. I was so taken back by how dirty and smelly and nasty the store was. Customer service was even worse. No one made eye contact and no one spoke to me. When I did ask for assistance in finding a product, the employee was clearly annoyed I had bothered her and just waved in the general direction of where she thought the product might be but said she had no idea. The girl at the checkout was incredibly rude and very annoyed that I had the audacity to come to her line as she was closing. Mind you there was no closing sign there when I arrived. She had the nerve to rudely thrust it at me and demand that I put it down in the proper place to show her lane was closed. The only person that was nice was the girl that bagged my groceries. Either Kroger's customer service policies have changed drastically or this particular Kroger's is in dire need of an overhaul. There are too many other options. I won't be back.

One of the best gluten-free grocery stores I've seen. Certainly the best one of the Kroger's I've been to.

Worst Kroger ever! Push back an hour on ClickList. Still an hour wait. Management is ridiculously unresponsive!!!!! Do yourself a favor and drive to Yankee or Mason Montgomery. Kroger needs to be forced into an overhaul at this location.

Everyone time I visit the deli, it's seems understaffed. One person tending to 4-6 customers. Employees in the back area see you waiting and never address you, or say ill be right with you. When you finally get waited on its with the bare minimum of friendly service. This has been consistently the case.
