While there aren't a ton of vegan as is items on this menu, there is a lot that can be made vegan, and the wait staff is very knowledgeable. The vegan pho is vegan as is and comes with vegan ham, tofu, and tempeh. Three appetizers included vegan ham spring rolls, veggie dumplings, and fried tofu (this was my favorite - so good!). This place is fantastic! I came here with my friend for lunch and we both loved everything we go. He's an omnivore and I'm a vegetarian. The vegetarian options are different from what I've seen other places. Everything is flavorful and delicious. Service is excellent and fast. The restaurant is clean. Try a fruit soda! They're so delicious, refreshing, and unique!
