I’ve been in Cincy from out of state a few times over three months, and have stopped here each time for some reason or another. The service is always fast and accurate, even at peak hours. It's a great Starbucks. 👍
They went above and beyond for me here. It was my first time at this location. I asked for a cold brew pumpkin foam in a decaf version. They did not have this but quickly offered a solution and made it work. They created essentially the same thing…. with decaf. Delicious. Thank you!
