Horrible customer service the young lady was rude and just tossed my bag of food on the counter and walked away. The sandwich was a complete mess I didn’t even eat it
I ordered a taco salad. The chili container was filled with liquid, two pieces of meat and 10 beans. While it was lunch hour, there was no drive-thru line, and only 2 cars in the entire parking lot.
If you don't have the proper food supply to give out, let people know that so they can order other things, instead of wasting money.
15 minute wait in drive thru (no cars in front of me) for food that was less than fresh, lukewarm and WRONG. Is it really that difficult to leave cheese off a sandwich? Especially when I ask TWICE?! And since when did you stop giving receipts? Of course not giving a receipt makes it a lot easier to argue your way out of screwing up an order...no “paper trail”.
