“We came in with a pretty large group and even larger order and the staff was wonderful! They made one smoothie wrong and just gave that to us and made another - too notch! Love the breakfast cali flatbread! Everyone also enjoyed their smoothies!“

“Listen I never make reviews, but this was the best Penn Station experience I’ve ever had! The service was phenomenal, they went above & beyond. They were so kind & welcoming. The food was made to order, piping hot & delicious. I went on 8/16 around 2pm so whoever that lovely staff of 3 was, thank you!“

“Tasty but I did a mobile order. They had my food ready but had to make my smoothie. No other customers in the store. Worker looked confused on why the smoothie wasn't made yet. Not sure is the cheese and chicken dilla is really worth $7.30 as it's quite small with not a lot of filling“

“We have been to a lot of Tropical Smoothie’s and this one is so good that literally had to write a review. This location puts the others to shame at an unreal level. The staff is so friendly and the food is regularly delicious. The drive thru is soooo fast. On our most recent visit, the staff was displaying incredible amounts of urgency and care in making and completing orders which I have never seven seen at a Tropical Smoothie before. Funny place to leave a review but 11/10 every time“
