“Staff is so friendly, and the custard is amazing. Everybody should check this place out. There is almost never parking out front because it is downtown and the parking is shared for all the stores so that is expected but don't let that stop you from coming it, there's a huge parking lot out back. The staff is willing to explain the menu to you and how it works as it is sometimes confusing to newcomers, but anything that you get is going to be absolutely amazing. When they are busy the staff is very apologetic if it takes longer to get you order out, but 9/10 times you get your stuff right away. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!“

“when I called to place the order, there was so much noise in the background, but the gal taking the order did read it back and had it all correct. I called and placed the order for delivery (gave adress)at 750pm. at 930pm, we still didn't have our order. so, I called to check on it and the gal that answered, said oh yeah, it's done. I said, is someone going to deliver it? she said, well someone called and switched it to pick up. we'll, I know that wasn't true becasue the wonderful doctor that we are all working with, gave me the credit card and said order food for you guys for nurses week. so, I did just that and no one else knew. so at 950, we FINALLY get our delivery...2 hours later. no onefrom fat boys called to check to see if we forgot about it, what the mix up was, or anything else. the delivery lady got snotty with the front desk employee and myself. saying someome called and changed the order to pick up, I'm supposed to be off work right now, but I had to make this delivery and on and on, nothing but excuses...no sincerity at all. making me feel bad for what wasn't my mistake at all! Not one single part of this transaction from beginning to end was any type of professional! I know what it takes to run a successful food buiness, I did for 12.5 years and the above isn't it!....I always made things right with the customer. Now, 2 hours later we have cold chewy garlic knots, cold chewy cinnamon knots, soggy spuds, Luke warm pizza bowls and a horrible hard pizza! Definitely extremely unhappy! Happy nurses week to us! EDIT AS OF 5/15/24. The owner reached out to a co-worker of mine and was terribly sorry for what happened and made it right by refunding the order and giving a credit! I'm sorry for your loss and sorry you had to deal with this unfortunate situation when you returned. Thank you for reaching out to us!“

“Even with having long lines in drive through and many cars in the parking lot, we still got our food in a good time! This is one of my family’s favorite ice cream shops and even though the lines are kinda long sometimes, I’m glad they are getting good business! ?“

“First time there today, definitely not our last! We got an assortment of donuts, a couple brownies, fudge, and a few candies. The young lady was so sweet and helpful. Can’t believe we never went there sooner.“
