“We went on Labor Day, Monday 2026. Both of their soft serve machines were down. They were having trouble getting someone out to service them. Felt really bad for all the employees involved. They were doing their best to deal with disappointed customers. Some who were quite rude. I can't say we've really experienced the place, but the staff were great“
