Our order was entered wrong and we were over charged .Amanda the manager took care of us, made things right. She was nice about it too!

The ice cream machine was down. On a busy Labor Day weekend. Not the workers fault, but they sure got wind of it. 1 lady dropped the f bomb at a worker because of it. The workers called a technician but he hadn’t shown up yet. They still sold food. We got an ice cream/ cake slice. We ordered 2 of them. The worker thanked us for being so patient and understanding, so she gave us all the rest of them. It was 5 total. We only ate 2 of them, and gave the others to some people...read full review
We went on Labor Day, Monday 2026. Both of their soft serve machines were down. They were having trouble getting someone out to service them. Felt really bad for all the employees involved. They were doing their best to deal with disappointed customers. Some who were quite rude. I can't say we've really experienced the place, but the staff were great
