“Grateful that the Frisch's in West Union is locally owned and didn't close like the corporate ones. I enjoyed the Salad bar Monday night when I stopped in. Everything looked good, and my server, Andrea, always checked on me and kept my plates cleared and my drink glass 🥛 full. The bar was kept stocked by the other employees as well.“

“My biggest complaint is they got rid of my favorite thing they had, strawberry banana smoothies. All that aside, good food and an exceptional staff. One in particular always goes the extra mile where customer service is concerned. Please reconsider the smoothie.“

“I think it's ironic that people have one minor inconvenience and find an excuse to leave a 1-star review.
Every time I order here everything is made very well for it being a commercialized fast food restaurant, people have unrealistic expectations and when they are uncooperative it makes it harder for the employees to get their jobs done. Quit throwing fits for having to pull people forward, you have to wait for your food to be made regardless!“
