Worst one around! 5 of us went and yes they were busy but that doesn't excuse cold food and lack of service! Saw the waitress to order and when she dropped the bill! Had to get up to find someone else to get refills. I went to pay and told the cashier about the experience and her excuse was "Well we have a large party in the back"!! I told her it was still unacceptable and asked for someone else and was told no one was available. I called several times and never received a call...read full review
Staff is very friendly. We come from Hillsboro because we miss our Frisches. Priscilla is the BEST waitress!! Thank you making us feel welcome!!
Drive thru order today was EXCELLENT! We haven’t had a big boy in so long! Absolutely fantastic! If you want food that taste like Frisch’s from long ago! Go to the West Union, Oh location!!!
