“The workers did an amazing job despite the crazy amount of customers they had to serve. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if customers were more understanding to the servers situation rather than getting upset with them for something they can't control.“

“Idk if they got new management or something but as of Dec 2024 this location has been awesome!! Ordered a ton of food tonight for a big party, and we were behind like 8 or so cars, got our food fast & they did not miss a single item, even sauce! Kudos 👍“

“Employees are very nice but the wait time is insane. Half of our orders are usually correct. Update: I'm moving up to 4 stars because Ethan the manager is so kind and articulate! Happy to replace missing items or remake something that was incorrect. He is what this store needs! Great job!“

“It's a subway the kid behind the counter was on it there was no line it was like 2 but it's also West Unity so is the line really ever long? I don't know just asking I guess anyway I don't really like subway but it's what was avaliable and it was good so ehh. Not sure what we will do on our next trip on the Wabash Cannonball trail but this was our last stop walked here from county rd 17 (it's about 3.2 miles the next leg looks like 6.6 might have to find a break pont)“
