“Edit: I wish this app would let me leave another review, but I just went through again and Ashley at Sunbury Road Arby’s took care of me and I am so grateful for her service!! She was amazing and I cannot imagine a better experience!!!
This is the best Arby’s ever I live by the one in Gahanna and this one at Sunbury Road. They take the cake. I’m so grateful for them. I can’t imagine having a better experience. Even through the drive-through. I cannot imagine it being better. The girl who works the drive-through window, She is so sweet, so considerate, I can’t imagine a better experience!!!!“
“Oldie but a goodie. These retro Arby's are a dying breed, nice to see one in the wild. Aside from a half empty dining room and the age showing on the building, service here was top notch. Food was fresh, and service was excellent. The assistant manager trainee on duty went above and beyond.“
“I had the holiday fish sandwich. It was very good, however the bun was smushed and disintegrated before I got to the end. We ordered on line and ate in the store. The store was remodeled and looks sterile -- no plants- there was a lovely tree growing in the front of the store. The seating was spaced and limited like COVID was still an issue, tho it was almost 2 years ago. The outside of the lovely brick building was painted white. Again, it looked sterile. But if you love their roast beef (and can afford to eat there) it is worth the trip.
Parking: The handicap parking was right by the door. 3 spaces I believe.
Wheelchair accessibility: 3 spaces by the door.“
