Bob Evans Reviews
My wife ordered fried shrimp and it was so over cooked and hard as a rock. She called to talked to a manager and the manager never called her back. Any person who would put out food like that should be fired. Pay employees $15 an hour and you get awful food. We will never go there again.

Bob Evans is a restaurant known for its good food, but it can be understaffed, leading to long waits between ordering and receiving your meal. The Honey Butter Biscuit and chicken dinner are popular choices, though some customers have reported dry chicken and potatoes. The ham can be burnt, and toast may arrive after the meal is finished. Prices tend to be on the higher side, with a $3 drink costing $17 for the meal. Despite these issues, some customers still enjoy the Arnold Palmer tea. Service can be disappointing, with long waits for orders, refills, and payments. The restaurant has a different layout than most Bob Evans buildings, featuring a nice, secluded waiting area. Customers have noted that the wait staff sometimes forget to offer refills or bring additional items like hot water or napkins, especially when busy. Meals such as Turkey and Dressing are tasty, though others have received toast instead of biscuits when biscuits are out. The experience can vary; some find the food average and overcooked, while others praise the friendly host and attentive service. Overall, the restaurant has seen some decline in quality but still offers a decent, homey atmosphere where many appreciate the friendly service and cleanliness.
