The food is really s good temperature
I really can't complain. The room was a little dark and the food looked like it had been sitting out for awhile, especially the chicken. But everything tasted pretty good for take out buffet. It doesn't compare to Mark Pi's that may or may not still be on the West side. If your looking for decent Chinese food this place will do in a pinch. Just don't expect too much.
Good tasty food however, only not enough choices.

China Garden Buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food at a good price. The hot and delicious dishes include chicken on a stick and sweet BBQ pork bits. Customers love the green beans and jalapeno chicken, and appreciate the quick service. The decor and restaurant itself could use some work, but it was surprisingly good. The buffet is small and could be bigger, but they got all the basics. The food was all hot and fresh and actually tasted good. The selection at China Garden Buffet is truly impressive, with a vast array of dishes. The hot food bar was constantly replenished with piping hot, delicious classics, from crispy spring rolls to the savory General Tso's chicken. The restaurant and buffet were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable dining environment. The older generation style quality is very much appreciated, with good prices.
