Often out of protein, veggies and rice. Dirty and staff is extremely rude
Did a on-line order for 3 chicken bowls. First bowl had little to no chicken, second bowl was suppose to be double chicken, but was single or less, third bowl was double chicken and double rice, and same thing. I don’t think the employees know what double chicken means. Not happy and recommend to not order from this location.
I love chipotle! I ordered my lunch today which was delivered to my office. Upon opening everything up, I realized my bowl was missing ALL the toppings I requested and only came with rice and chicken. I tried calling the store to get a refund and the phone just kept ringing. I am Disappointed and hope someone is willing to reach out to me to resolve this issue.
