Went in to get a cake for my husband's birthday. I asked for a cup of krunch kote. The employee at the register asked the manager how to charge. They were told $1/scoop. Okay, cool, until I find out a scoop is maybe a tablespoon. So $16 for a cup of sprinkles. Guess I will have to go to another location next time.

This place is consistently busy. Generally my experience there is always positive. The food is usually well prepared and the staff is always friendly.
However, this evening, I ordered two blizzards and took them home (around the corner).
I have to say that I was a bit surprised when we discovered both of them tasted like water (if that was such a thing?). Maybe watered down is a better descriptor. I should specify this isn't an example...

Great food however, I ordered a burger and fries and didn't check my bag. They gave me the sandwich only. This faux pas will not keep me from returning there. Everyone makes mistakes.
