They were Extremely busy & I understand why!!! The ice cream was very delicious. Graeter's has a lot of flavors to choose from. A young guy & girl waited on us this evening. They both were very nice, polite & helpful!! Definitely the type of people I would want working for me if I had an ice cream shop!

I ordered a $7.50 Chocolate Sundae with Mocha Chip ice cream. I got no big ribbons of chocolate and no big chunks of chocolate. It was just ice cream. I don't mind paying $7.50 for good ice cream in the sundae, but I did not get that. The ice cream must have come from the bottom of the tub. The scoopers should be trained better. I was very disappointed. Not a fun experience compared to other visits to Graeter's.
