Was at the Westerville location on State St tonight. Ordered 8 piece combo extra crispy. After waiting 10 minutes for the chicken they brought it out & I left. Got home chicken was original not extra crispy like I ordered. I wasn't going back.
Took 45 minutes to get what they called a quick pickup. I could see my food sitting in the pickup window, but they had the door locked. They made me wait 40 minutes in the drive through, wouldn’t remake my order fresh and just handed me cold chicken.
Completely ridiculous!!!!
They never answer the phone when they do they hang up on you!!!
This location has multiple issues. Never lights its street sign up in the evening can’t tell if it’s open?? Went yesterday no food computers don’t work
