I order my coffee cups to go and they never sit it out for me like other Paneras do. I have to ask for the cup I payed for when it should be ready at counter.
I ordered food through the app to be delivered to my work. The dasher cancelled the order so I called the store for help. Rich remade my order AND delivered it to me. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received!
I really wanted some French onion soup, so my husband and I ordered take out from Panera in Westerville.
When we got home, the French onion soup was missing the croutons/bread and the cheese.
Although I was disappointed in my soup, my husband ordered the sesame ginger chicken bowl and said it wad delicious. Our youngest daughter had the chicken roma on an asiago bagel, and said it was amazing. Our middle daughter ordered the Italiano and she enjoyed her food.
