Pre ordered cakes at the Westerville Ohio location paid cash! Received call day before pick up and was told my cakes were unavailable and were sold to a company that came in & purchased a bunch of cakes. The reason I preordered!!!!!! Also denied a refund and was not able to issue my credit on a GC! Instead it was written in a book behind counter that I have a refund but I’m sure it will not be there when needed for redemption.
