I purchased a gift card and called multiple times when the recipient didn’t receive it. I left a voicemail & I spoke with the young man that answered the phone. If the owner doesn’t care enough about their business to return the call or take care of the problem then be sure to patronize all of the other Small Businesses Uptown. I am sure your experience means more to them than the Rita’s Owners.
