I went to the Starbucks on North State street and I was heavily disappointed they completely messed up my drink and I waited for forever there. I decided to come to this Starbucks hoping for a remake and the service here is absolutely wonderful. The barista Maddie was so nice and understanding and remade my drink so quick and it was perfect! The only disappointing part was there is no seating. She did recommend her personal favorite coffee shops with seating! I definitely will...
The employees are always lovely, but I can't give higher than a 3 star when you're forced to either remember to mark your drink as light ice, or you will ALWAYS get an entire cup of ice with a side of drink.
Looks to be a remote store. As in not a store you can sit down and do work in, or sit at all. There is no seating. I also didnt notice a restroom. If there is one, its hidden behind one door that I saw, and isn't labeled as restroom. So wasn't sure if it was one or not. I left with our asking or using it and just picked up my drink I had ordered on the app. The drink itself was delicious as they usually are from all stores.
