This is ridiculous. After waiting 25 minutes for a drive through order that included steak items...I was finally told that the restaurant was out of steak. I don't have high expectations for fast food but I didn't plan spending nearly 30 minutes of my work break waiting for food...it's not very busy so I was confused The attendant was polite.
The food was fine but all the tables were dirty and there was not a single napkin available.
The food was amazing but the customer service was terrible. I went during my lunch break to the drive through, after I handed her my bank card she rang my food up on a different machine and proceeded to assist another customer with my bank card in her hand out in the open. I didn’t mind she was assisting someone else maybe she was busy but holding my card up for the world to see didn’t sit right with me.
