The Old Bag of Nails Pub - Westerville

Dining room is smallish and claustrophobic, but location is in Uptown Westerville, where buildings are small and original, so I should've expected it. Food and service were good. Food came from the kitchen hot and fast.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tight dining room with narrow aisles and not much room between tables. Did not visit restrooms.

Good food and drink selection with an old-fashioned rustic vibe. There is a particular focus on seafood offerings and the fish and chips are of a high quality, if a little too greasy for my tastes. A good choice for pub-goers in Uptown Westerville.

We typically go to Old Bag once a month for lunch. The food is consistently good and as expected. The service is good and polite but a bit slow for business folks at lunch time. We will be back.

Great fish and chips. Had the fisherman platter which was a full serving of fish and chips and shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Crazy good. Service was meh

For being crowded, unprepared for a large group (blaming that on the bosses), and understaffed...my tall, very likable, server did a great job!! My fish+chips were hot & crispy, earned his tip. If it's a slow day 4 ya or you got time to spare, might give it a try!
HOWEVER...Parking is terrible!!
Downtown Westerville is a walk-about shop+eat town. If you are prepared to do that, big MAYBE!! But for get in/get out, don't do, you will be frustrated 😤! Oh, only 1 bathroom...beware!

Not like the other Old Bag of Nails. I would have been happier if the staff were new to place. Cold broccoli, also the cheese couldn’t be melted. Over all I guess we are not like here. Thanks for the experience. Will not be returning to this location, ever!

Forgot the dip in our French "Dip" it's half the name. It's like ordering French fries and not getting the fries.

This place is always a safe bet for good food and service.
