The food is fantastic - especially their shrimp!

The food was delicious as always! We absolutely love the Bavarian pretzel. Hadley provided exceptional service and was so friendly, outgoing and attentive!

Everyone enjoyed their meal here. Free slice of desert when celebrating a birthday.

Great atmosphere, food and service.

The food was hot and fresh. We heard they are famous for their carrot cake but it was a huge disappointment. It was pudding consistency and had more frosting than cake and had green carrots in it.

Fish is so tiny, it's just not worth it anymore. This is all locations too. Sad to see.

My fish and chips were ok. One very thin piece and one decent. Fries were nothing special. Fried mushrooms were awesome. The dry rub wings were just ok. A large group of 14 were allowed to sit in the front being loud and foul. They didn’t order food while I was there but they hung out just ruining the complete atmosphere. No one told them to be quiet. I complained to host and server. Both apologized but no one addressed the issue while I was there. It chased us out, I didn’t finish my meal and ordered dessert to go. Management needs to decide if this is a party bar or a family restaurant.

Extremely disappointed!! We ordered take out (as a small family of 4) to gather at my mom’s house for Mother’s Day! Sadly, my order was wrong, the food was mediocre (at best), no utensils or napkins included. What a way to celebrate?!! Haha P.S. My brother picked up the food and said it wasn’t even crowded. Old Bag of Nails…DO BETTER!! Especially on a holiday.

My friend and I took our kids here before a concert on 4/17/26 around 4:45-5pm. We got sat right away and our waitress, Olivia was nice. She took our food order and that arrived quickly. My biggest complaint was I asked her for napkins after she brought our food when she asked if we needed anything else and then we never saw her again until she brought the check. They weren’t that busy so not sure what happened. I ended up just washing my hands in the restroom because I gave my child one of the 2 napkins we originally had.

The food was good. My child had chicken and French fries and I got the French dip.

My husband and I had a late lunch at the Westerville location and the food was wonderful. Also our food was served by Sam who did an excellent job taking care of us! We will be back.

The worst experience ever. It was around 2pm on Sunday February 22, 2026 when we went to the Westerville location, the restaurant was pretty much empty unless you were at the bar which is why I was so confused to why we barely got checked on. The waitress maybe checked on us once or twice. She didn't listen at all, she got my drink wrong, my boyfriend got Modelo and I asked for a double shot of Henny with a coke on the side, which i thought meant a drink separated from the coke. She brought it to me mixed together. I didn't say anything I let it go.Our chicken nachos were extremely dry, chicken was super dry, I had to ask for sour cream which I thought came with nachos but I guess not. My philly cheese steak was dry no sauce on it at all. I had to ask for some mayonnaise which by then my food was so cold when I seen her to ask for it since she was in the back talking with her coworkers not checking on us at all. While trying to enjoy our drinks she brought us the bill when we didn't ask for it and wasn't done ordering, but since she brought the bill that helped us be done. When my boyfriend paid for our meal he handed her his card, she put it in the machine made the transaction and tossed the card on the table which was extremely rude seeing how he handed it to her and she didn't return the same treatment. I asked her if she could hand him his card back and she acted like she didn't hear me and he just grabbed it off the table and said it was ok. We are much older than her and I would've thought she would've had better respect for her elders but she didn't care at all and walked away. Which is the only thing she was good at, walking away from us to do nothing seeing how it wasn't much going on around that time. We will not be going back ever. $100 wasted.
