Haven't been to a Tim Hortons in probably 15 years.Doesn't happen often, but I was craving something sweet and saw this Tims.I ordered two boston creme donuts. Neither one had creme and both had this giant layer of chocolate on top. Nasty.Maybe this is why I don't come to Tims.

Service is pretty slow, and I've had as many orders that are meh or just not good as are decent. Crispy overdone eggs that have obviously been sitting for far too long, soggy bacon and messy sandwiches are not at all out of the norm here.

Coffee is never hot, I'm tired of wasting money on barely warm coffee from a COFFEE SHOP. I'm going to start checking before leaving and asking for a fresh brew

This location has been a disaster for a while now. No donuts on a Sunday? Slow un professional and lazy. Stay away unless you just need coffee ☕️

I arrived there before 6pm today. Pulled up to the drive thru, an automated voice comes across saying the store was closed. There are signs up and I have been told personally that the store closes at 7pm. I started to drive off then decided to turn around and get the address, I went through the drive-thru a second time. This time I saw a female employee who also saw me and she just walked to the back of the store completely ignoring me. However, the store closing early is starting to become a habit. If the sign says you're open till 7pm, that should be honored as such.

Why is this location open? Normally I get lucky and I'm the only car or 2nd car in line so I can back out or drive through when told we're out of. This morning I attempted to order a med hot chocolate with whip cream, was told only small and large cups. Waffle sandwiches they didn't have, donuts they didn't have, I was told baker called off or no call no show and they had the bare minimum. I didn't get charged for the whip cream as a sorry for the inconvenience. Lol then was told they out of whip cream #HowSway.Lady who took my order was cool though. It wasn't even her day to work and she had to come in and help with no attitude shown.

RUDE! The guy at the Drive through window. No greeting just said what? Would you like and I said hold on just a minute I don't know yet.he says when you're ready? I told him what I wanted and I heard him in the background saying Jesus Christ. I ain't got time for this shit. so I said never mind. I don't want your order cause you're the rudest person i've ever met at Tim Hortons. SMH!

I am done with this Tim Hortons. The last 3 times they have messed up my order and given me attitude. If they are going to keep going this way and getting horrible reviews all the time then they need to close up shop for good.

Lady working drive thru is a loose cannon. She'd last about a day. Asked how many oz was the large coffee and specified I've never been to a Hortons before (no line/not busy). She (with a bad attitude) yelled through the speaker, "How should I know, we just have small, medium, and large, now order!" No reason to return.
