I arrived there before 6pm today. Pulled up to the drive thru, an automated voice comes across saying the store was closed. There are signs up and I have been told personally that the store closes at 7pm. I started to drive off then decided to turn around and get the address, I went through the drive-thru a second time. Why is this location open? Normally I get lucky and I'm the only car or 2nd car in line so I can back out or drive through when told we're out of. This morning I attempted to order a med hot chocolate with whip cream, was told only small and large cups. Waffle sandwiches they didn't have, donuts they didn't have, I was told baker called off or no call no show and they had the bare minimum. RUDE! The guy at the Drive through window. No greeting just said what? Would you like and I said hold on just a minute I don't know yet.he says when you're ready? I told him what I wanted and I heard him in the background saying Jesus Christ. I ain't got time for this shit. so I said never mind. I don't want your order cause you're the rudest person i've ever met at Tim Hortons. SMH!
