My wife and I visited the Tim Horton's on South State Street, Westerville, OH at 1:10 pm, Wednesday, February 15. We stood patiently at the counter for more than 5 minutes while two workers worked the drive-thru line. Even though both saw us, they did not even acknowledge our presence. When I finally asked for assistance, I was ignored. When I asked for a review/complaint card, I was told to go online and file a review.
