Angie saved my life. Went into the Waffle House taking the order of multiple drunk people over the phone and she just took the phone and handled for me. I’m beyond thankful, she helped continue the party. It’s not a Waffle House, it’s a Waffle Home.
Honestly, my first time eating at Waffle House and I understand the hype. When I walked in it smelled so sweet and good. I got the special with hashbrown (with onions) scrambled eggs with cheese, country ham and 1 waffle. Everything was sooooo dammed good!! Seasoned and hot. Had a great waitress too. Highly recommend.
The scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon were great, but my pancakes were not cooked at all. They looked like pancakes ? but were doughy on the inside. And bubble gum stick thin. Inedible. The waitress said she would have made me more if I had said something when I declined a to go box, but how can you go wrong making pancakes in the first place. No, I didn't want to sit and wait on possibly another bad batch. Either you can mix batter or you can't. And obviously this...
