Bad experience earlier today. Placed order online and went to pick up sub at Westlake location in Crocker Park, got back to my office and they gave me the wrong sub.
When I called to let them know and see if I could get resolved, the guy responded and said “you can come back to the store and we’ll give you the right sub”??
