Been there 3-4 times. Not sure they've ever gotten an order right. Today I went back and they explained to me that I was wrong and they actually did get the order correct. I will be avoiding Dunkin henceforth.

They need to take the staff to North Olmsted & train them.. waited 15 mins and there wasn’t anyone in front of me .. do not know what they’re doing.. We always get ice caramel latte, and they put no caramel in our latte..

I am a big fan of Dunkin but this specific one has consistently gave me issues forgetting items or even just filling my coffee only half way in my cup. This is upsetting as this is the only Dunkin convenient to stop at.

I want to call out a certain team member. I’m pretty sure it was a shift leader named Robert. He was a younger young man. He was so polite and so nice in the drive-through and it made my experience amazing!

I realize this is a new location and has bugs to work out, but WTH. Went to get my order and got to wait five min while the prep person played with her phone, scratched her hair, greeted me (finally) with "What you waiting on?", then proceeded to make someone else's food - without gloves, and her long fingernails that were just scratching her hair - and there were eight more orders on the counter that needed working on. Two other employees on the window and their bagger were too engaged in their giggling to stop and assist me. Finally handed me a dozen donuts, unsealed and unbagged, and I had to tell that same counter person where the bags were after she informed me "We don't have bags that big" and out came the phone again. Been here (unfortunately) several times and their customer service is easily the worst I've ever experienced. Skip this store entirely and go to West 210th; it's worth the five min drive. They have a clue what they're doing there and actually treat you like you're a paying customer, not some distraction from their playtime on the phone.

This was my 1st purchase at this location. I went into store to purchase a dozen donuts. There were no donuts in the front glass cases. The clerk pointed to racks (behind counter, 10ft away). I said I can hardly see them, how was I to choose? She brought over a tray. This was just dumb. A donut store that doesn't display? Anyway, the donuts were on smaller size with limited variety. I took 10 to my grandkids(immediately). I bit one and knew these were not fresh. Ugh! I bought donuts from another Dunkin store 6 wks ago. Those too were not fresh. Guess that's why they changed the name to just Dunkin.

Very nice environment with a very nice helpful manager, I ordered an iced Americano and they accidentally gave me an iced latte, after I pointed out the issue the manager was very quick to fix it and overall a very nice personService 5⭐Food 5⭐
