This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible the person that took my order Her name is Lily. She is very very rude and needs to get fired for how she spoke to me on the intercom. If she doesn’t know how to speak to customers, she shouldn’t be in customer service and find a different job. I will never come back to this Dunkin as long as she works there. I will be telling my family and friends not to come here and go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts.
My pumpkin muffin was completely falling apart and crumbly, the donut was stale and just tossed in a bag.
This Dunkin is a disaster. I only go here because my child loves it and it’s the only one near me. They always screw up the order, the food always looks unappealing, the employees are always stressed and crabby, and the line is insane. They either need to add more staff or add another Dunkin close by, because this one is completely overwhelmed.
