I have had hot chicken from Kentucky originally, this wasn’t what I was expecting, usually the chicken has more of the oil and spice seasoning on it, these were lightly coated. Definitely seemed more dry this way. And to top it off chicken and fries are $16. It’s a bit high for chicken and fries.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant at Crocker park. There was absolutely nobody else in the restaurant other than my fiancé & I and yet we were served COLD OLD FOOD and not given half of our order. Upon returning for the other half of our food, the girl behind the counter was incredibly nasty and told us that what we got is what we paid for. Even though the guy running the register said he punched in what we were missing , on the screen , and we paid for it. Register guy was nice himself, the girl who was working behind the counter with him has no business in the customer service industry. Have no intention of returning , and if you plan on going , check your entire order before leaving . It might not be there, and if it is, it’ll probably be ice cold and hard.

aside from my bf’s chicken being raw on the inside, the entire place was soooo dirty. I’d understand if it was busy, but the place was dead and we were the only ones in there. Every table was filthy. It wasn’t even about the $$ since it’s overpriced fast food which is why we didn’t even bring up the raw nuggets but please at least wipe the tables down so there’s somewhere to sit. /:

I went in last night on 2/5 to pick up my online to go order. I ordered greens online but they were out when I got to store. No big deal right? Apparently it was. The short, bald manger was a complete douche bag. Acted like it was the most inconvenient thing of his life . Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe it’s difficult for him to help since he can’t see over the counter without a stool. Either way, not what I was expecting . It was weird dealing with a South Pole elf so long after Christmas. The girl that was working was very nice and helpful, she could see how rude her manager was and she took it upon herself to help out . She saved the whole trip with her kindness. Food is fire as always, just watch out for angry Danny Devito.

DO NOT EAT HEREI was served raw chicken nuggets, when I brought it to the attention of an employee he told me that it was not raw chicken and they just look like that. I asked for a new order of nuggets and when I received the next order were also raw. I asked for a refund and he told me I didn’t know what raw chicken looked like and that I shouldn’t get a refund. I asked again for a refund and he tried to talk me out of it (keep in mind i had only bitten into one of the nuggets, so all of it was left uneaten and i was not just looking for free food). The cashier was incredibly unhelpful and condescending, he continued to try and make me feel like I was the one in the wrong for bringing the literal health hazard to their attention.

Ooof. Just bad. Maybe my fault as I expected traditional wing sauce. They just season it heavily and add a spicy oil for the high heat. The spice level is good but the seasoning is overbearing. And the wings kind of fall apart like they’ve been smoked even though they’re fried. Not sure what that means but sketch

My first time @ HCT at Crocker Park, Westlake. I ordered a Chicken sandwich, mild no slaw, no chipotle sauce, Took it to go, When I bit into it, there was some pink. I did swallow that first bite. I bit on the other side, tender was white, but spit it out. Threw the sandwich out, hour later or so I had stomach pains and diarrhea. I will not be back!!
