I was charged extra to top my Irish coffee with cream. Wasn’t asked if I wanted water or needed a box or bag. Other tables I noticed had a nice bag brought to the table. Like their leftover food was packed for them. When I left I felt nauseated from what I ate. Not a fun experience.

We really enjoyed our experience at Houlihans. Our server, Missy was very attentive. Excellent variety and our food was delicious!

Wasn't the best service our ice cream most of been put in the cooler not the freezer it was like soup. Our server looked too busy with other tables

The food was really delicious and reasonably priced. I have to take points away for ambiance and service. It was really chilly inside and the restaurant felt like it hasn't been renovated since the 90s. Our server looked like she wished to be anywhere but there. I'll definitely eat there again but I'll it will probably be at the bar and with my coat on.

Service was so slow. Also forgot the first item we ordered. Super sweet just not attentive

Our server, Katrina did a fantastic job and was attentive and timely with her exemplary service. Manager, Courtney was also very kind and generous to answer questions about Landry's Management group as we are members. The food was delicious as always, especially the Prime Rib! We'll be back soon!

Food took very long to come out and had no appeal. Our server was either really bad or overwhelmed, either way we will not return.

The menu has something for everyone and they had nice specials on top of that. The food was tasty and we didn't have to wait long. Our server was attentive and pleasant. I look forward to going back again soon.

Food is consistently good! Happy hour drink prices are available throughout the restaurant. For a Tuesday evening, very, very busy. We were glad we had made reservations.

5 oz sirloin steak with sweet potato fries and asparagus along with house salad was all delicious

The service provided from our server Luz was grrst but sadly the food took awhile to reach our table of 3. I ordered an app for my meal & it wasn't hot but lukewarm (cauliflower) the other 2 in our party had entrees, which were great they told me . My husband ordered the pick 3 & didn't receive the dessert that comes with it. We live 30min away & we're half way home when he realized it. It's ok we realize on Saturday it's busy & things get missed sometimes.

I eat here frequently and most of the time all is extremely good but this time they got my order wrong and charged me for a filet when I ordered sirloin. . The server was very gracious and changed the order Food was not as good as it usually is but it was it was still good. Usually I would give a 5. This time a 3!

My company held a small, casual dinner meeting at Houlihan's. Everyone enjoyed the food and service. We will be booking again!

Food was just okay. The soup and meal were just luke warm. Almost as if it was prepared in advance and not made to order. 30.99 for 6 oz filet definitely not worth it. I dont know it just didnt feel as though the meal was prepared at the time I ordered it and instead felt more like it had been under a warmer as a grab n go style.
