Houlihan's of Cleveland Corporation

Service was slow but I think it was I because it was really crowded when we went at 5:30. It didn't take too long to wait for our table but the food was very slow coming out. Again, it was nice to be able to visit before the food arrived & it was super crowded, so I'll be back!

We had a lovely dining experience at Houlihans. I had the seasonal Green Goddess Salmon salad which was delicious. Ian was our server and was efficient, friendly and attentive. Excellent meal and service.

I enjoy myself every time I go to Houlihans. Their outside patio is wonderful on a lovely day. Service is always excellent. The food items, various and always delicious. Keep up the good work. I'll be back!

I ordered one of the seasonal specials, Salmon Green Goddess salad, and it was delicious. Nice filet of salmon and lots of veggies and fresh avocados. Highly recommend while it is still available.

It was a wonderful dinner; the evening was perfect to celebrate my mother's birthday! Food was excellent as always and the service was exemplary! We appreciated the small dessert to celebrate the special occasion. Houlihan's is a favorite!

We were there for a mile stone birthday gathering. The servers were great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Dessert for the birthday girl was free, which is always appreciated. Service was a little slow at first. A few of the ladies felt their drinks were a bit watered down. And all of us are generally a one and done with the drinks.

Terrible experience. Server was unpolished and uninformed. The drinks were a joke. Pineapple martini came in a half-full martini glass. Where was the rest of it? Or serve it in a thimble. Then tried a Manhattan. Asked for a big ice cube and was told that only came with certain drinks. REALLY?! The on-the-rocks glass holding my Manhattan wasn't even half full WITH THE CUBE IN IT. (Yes, the server did get the larger cube. One point for that.) I will make a point of NOT visiting Houlihan's again. Or if I'm railroaded into it, I will drink beer. At least I'd get 12 ounces. (Wouldn't gamble on a draft though.) Used to be a decent place. No wonder the crowd was small last night.

We had a delicious dinner at Houlihans Westlake. The scallops I had were excellent and nicely prepared. My husband had the Chicken Picatta, which was, unfortunately, overcooked, but our server, Kelly, was fantastic and exchanged his meal for one perfectly cooked. Kelly saved the day! She made our dining experience lovely! Thank you!

We usually have a great experience at Houlihan's, but not this time. Our server had too many tables when we arrived - fine, restaurants can be understaffed and I get that. When a party of 10 was added, she understandably got completely overwhelmed. I didn't understand why Clare the manager appeared to be standing around instead of helping our server. She had to pour 10 glasses of water by herself when someone could have done that before the party sat down. Clare did deliver one small tray of cocktails. As a result, the desserts that we pre-ordered as part of the prix fixe menu took over half an hour to arrive after we asked about the status twice. It will probably be a long time before we come back as I do not wish to patronize an establishment that treats their employees so poorly. I should also mention that the experience put a real damper on what started out as a fun evening.

We enjoy Houlihan's Restaurant in Westlake, OH. The drinks are good as is the service & food. We. have several favorites. One of my favorites is the French onion soup. I think it's outstanding.

Houlihan's is one of the best restaurants in Cleveland. We dine at the one located in Westlake and it is awesome. The Staff is so professional and friendly and the Servers are incredible. The prices are excellent. Love that place.

Had a reservation for 6:15 pm for St Patrick's day dinner.. When we arrived, they were already out of corned beef, and fish & Chips.. They said they had Rueben's, but when it arrived, the corned beef was diced, overcooked and looked as if the corned beef came from a different recipe item. We asked for a large Green draft beer, and were informed that they were out of the "Green" product. Service was slow, restaurant was not crowded, but the staff were very nice. Someone fumbled the ball when estimating the amount guests would be there that day. Overall, a disappointing experience for our St Patrick's day celebration...

Houlihan's is one of our favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area. The atmosphere and ambiance was perfect on Friday night; food was delicious from the appetizers, main course, and desserts. Katrina provided exemplary service and was perfect in attentiveness and was engaging. Thank you for a perfect night out!

Waited 45 minutes for food. No offer of bread, crackers or anything, and not given a heads up that the "kitchen is short-staffed" when we ordered. We had to wolf down our food in order to make the curtain for a play we were attending after dinner. Won't be going back to Houlihan's any time soon.

Must have been an off day for this location....took quite awhile to get our drinks. Soup and salad starters came as usual but the entree took about 50 minutes and they were not busy at all....just a bad night for the kitchen
