Honestly, the lack of care shown when any issues are brought up to their attention, especially regarding shipping and orders (one placed on August 8) taking 3 weeks to even process is truly appalling. There is zero customer service response.
Edit: Finally received a response in which we were told that shipping can take 15 days (which we knew) and we were on day 21. When this was brought up, we were then told the product was not even in production for another week…even though it says “In Stock” on their website. The 15 day shipping time is obviously to cover themselves when items aren’t in stock or ‘in production’ except this time they got caught with their pants around their ankles. Putting this into consideration it would take over a month to receive our order.
Ryan V took it upon himself to cancel and refund our order (even though we didn’t ask for that) once these issues were brought up.
Highly unprofessional and we know from the community that we are not the only shop that has had these issues with them.

" We are not letting Truck drivers in the building. " I explained, " this is pretty much an emergency here." They say, " truck drivers are not allowed in for any reason ." This is extremely disrespectful to the ones moving their freight. Being 64 yrs old,hell with it, the woods right behind the building worked out. You seem to be nice folks,but with no respect to others. Good day to ya. If I could give no stars,,,I would. Drivers,please keep this in mind. Stay safe. Also remember, if you are a driver or anyone else and think this is funny,be careful, Karma can be difficult to deal with. Good day to ya PEOPLEZ.

I can say just fair get there was no truck so get door straight.kind tight on back because you need to go until the end of street and turn round.about overnight think you can park on street I'm not sure if would be a problem

Friendly staff, fast pick-up, competitive pricing, and the best syrups for coffees I've sampled. Their Lavender Syrup and Pumpkin Pie Sauce are a customer favorite at our coffee shop. All of the syrups and sauces we purchased taste natural and not overly sweet.
