BEWARE OF THIS SUBWAY. Not sure what happened to this subway. I used to go here frequently and tipped sometimes. I worked at a Subway in my past. This is not the type of establishment where tipping is the norm. Several months ago I placed an order for my co-workers and upon check-out, the Subway employee pushed his tip jar towards me. No pleasantries throughout the ordering process, no eye contact, just tip me. I did not tip and I decided never to go back to this Subway again. I should have stuck to it. I visited the other day and placed an order for my co-workers. The owner was the only person working. There is now a giant silver lid over the meat and cheese so you cannot see how the employees are making your food. One of my co-workers ordered double meat and double bacon. We always order double meat/double bacon so we know how much you are supposed to receive on the sandwich. This owner deliberately ripped us off by charging for it and not providing it. I was even asked if I wanted double meat on the other sandwiched ordered. They are very light on the vegetables too and they didn't used to be. I would suggest this owner go back to being nice, provide the products and service people expect in a customer service industry, and get rid of the silver lid where you are hiding your product. I noticed you have a sign that states you don't accept coupons either. Is that an option when buying into the Subway franchise? Seems unethical.

My Wife and I placed an online order for the subway series Phillies . I got there early while the owner was making them. I asked him questions because our sub did not look right. He would not acknowledge me at all we get home there was very little meat No cheese. NONE! I except better quality and service in Westlake. I will never go there again. Bay is where I'm go for my Subway.

Owner is soooo rude. Owner made the food and it was wrong!! Sandwich’s were made wrong. I highly recommend the Bay Village or North Olmsted Subway. Stay away from here!! Horrible food quality. Horrible customer service!! No toppings on my sandwich and pod for extra meat which was not given… I wish I could give negative stars because that is what this place deserves!

They are very rude, I placed an order on line and came in to restaurant. I believe it was the owner an Indian man and he told me I have to wait 15 minutes to my food and went to the back. So after he was just taking in back I said can you just cancel my order he said yes. And motioned with his hands for me to leave. I told him I would leave after my order is canceled. Why so much hate, I was giving you business. I guess he hate black people because I did nothing to him and I never been in there before. Don’t eat here please! I’m happy he showed his true colors effort he made my food.

The worst subway I've ever been to in the United States and I've been to hundreds, the rudest owners ever condescending and talk down to you like you're lesser than them. I will never ever ever be back! It doesn't shock me that they don't accept any of the subway. com coupons 0/10 stars needs new ownership asap!

As you can see by all the other reviews, the workers are extremely rude and give you barely any topics especially for your choice of protein. For veggies, the guy goes to grab lettuce without even asking me. "No, I would like spinach not lettuce" I got a nasty look at that... I went a few times but it isn't worth it. You even have to wait several minutes yet there are zero customers. One time the guy talked on the phone the entire time. Didn't say hello, tell me the price or offer a receipt. If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend the bay village subway. The people are always so nice and they load up the sandwiches. Even if there is a line, it's faster than westlake
I purchased a bottle of water and the guy would not give me a cup. Was on his phone the entire time we were ordering I didn't know if he was talking to me or on the phone. With all the options in that area I would go somewhere

I don't usually waste my time leaving reviews but I had thee worst customer service today. I just had to. The guy was super skimpy with the condiments but I didn't give him a hard time because he seemed like he was having a bad day or something. He was being so incredibly rude and I was with my 3 year old son. He was so annoyed with me and I was doing was asking for a fountain drink. My son and I went to go sit down and he goes "dine in is closed" very rudely. He literally kicked us out. It was 2 o'clock. Not even like it was closing time and I'm not really sure why the dine in would be closed . There were several empty tables that people could sit. He just didn't want us in there.

Everything was fine until I was almost done with my sub, looked down and noticed half of some type of flying bug in my sub. Hopefully I managed to spit out the other half when I spit out what was in my mouth, but there’s a good chance I just ate half a bug. I never write reviews but this was absolutely disgusting. Never coming here again.

They are stingy and don’t let you have a cup of water or even use the bathroom unless you spend money. I ask for a side of mayo and can’t even receive that.
