Owner is soooo rude. Owner made the food and it was wrong!! Sandwich’s were made wrong. I highly recommend the Bay Village or North Olmsted Subway. Stay away from here!! Horrible food quality. Horrible customer service!! No toppings on my sandwich and pod for extra meat which was not given… I wish I could give negative stars because that is what this place deserves!

My Wife and I placed an online order for the subway series Phillies . I got there early while the owner was making them. I asked him questions because our sub did not look right. He would not acknowledge me at all we get home there was very little meat No cheese. NONE! I except better quality and service in Westlake. I will never go there again. Bay is where I'm go for my Subway.
