Huge thanks to Top Tier Cakes for another wonderful cake for my daughter‘s 13th birthday. Ashley‘s cakes, cupcakes and pastries are always delicious and she really takes the time to make sure they are as beautifully decorated as they are delicious to eat.
Top Tier Cakes is number one for us at the Emerald Event Center. Ashley takes care of our clients. her Cakes and desserts are amazing. She is a preferred vendor for us and is a part of all our wedding packages.
My family gives them five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We get outstanding, moist, flavorful cakes (Ashley’s decorating abilities are wonderful)—cookies, mouth watering pastries.
