Franapange BakeryIt's a little whole in the wall. Located in a strip mall It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Simply the best. I picked up donuts and pastries as a treat for the Saturday crew. Rave reviews from the staff.The eclairs a re wonderfully, not too sweet or sugary. Perfect chocolate. Try the mini eclairs.I brought home a carrot cake that was totally yummy.They made our wedding cake, a strawberry casada cake that is devine.Best in town with great service. As a bakery/pastry connoisseur, this is my 2nd favorite local/small/homey bakery that I've visited across the US. Everything in this place is good, which is rare considering the wide range of cultural pastries represented. Well done!
