“Due to lack of staff, the bar tender was also the cook and dishwasher. Food service was slower than normal, but I had my drink! The burger & fries were good.
Great p[l tables and bowling games.

“Our first time here, we weren't sure what to expect. Local bar atmosphere but everyone was so friendly, even the other patrons. My Porch burger was excellent and prices very reasonable. Bonus, they are dog friendly! We'll be back.“

Wheelchair accessibility: A person with a wheelchair would need to be able to get out of it to enter or leave or have 2 strong friends to lift them up and down from the curb.“

“We love this place. They don’t always have the whole menu, but they usually have something to snack on. The wings here (if they have them) are amazing. The fresh cut French fries are the best in town. The drink selection is great and the regulars are friendly. I would recommend this bar.“

“This seems like a very cool and chill spot, however I came at like 1am so it was very quiet. I got one drink here as this was the final bar in our bar hopping ?. The bar maid was very attentive and seemed cool. She also gave us the info on the wings so will go back for sure for wing night.“

“Idk why I’m up thinking about the two scoops of food we decided to take home because it was that damn good! Or was it the funny beautiful chocolate bartender who ended up taking our order, or the very charming gentleman who welcomed us in directly with good eye contact and clear voices, helped us find comfortable seating with no problem and up held a standard I personally haven’t experienced in a while. Poise. The ambiance is amazing, the music is loud but I could hear every word anyone said whether nearby or far… the chef!!! He came out talked to us then went back and did his mf THING!!! We had the salmon Alfredo. And if you don’t know you need to go find out. It’s 7am why I am ready to get dressed and go to this place! I told my spouse Flavors is our new go to spot. Thank yall for contributing to our night!“

“We are new to Ohio and have tried different restaurants.Our waitress today was amazing.Her name is Jayla.She greeted us today with a smile.It never left her face.The food was also very good.The restaurant and bathroom were very clean.There is an Applebees closer to us but not as clean and lacks in customer service.We will return to Willowby.Keep serving your customers With care and great service.“

“8/24/24- 1130 pm, My husband and I were in need of food super late. We had worked a long day earlier and the moment we walked in to mentor Applebees we were excited to eat. The hostess was awesome treated us kindly, and brought us our menu to the bar. I never got his name. The bartender Jay was awesome. He had been working a double shift, but even then, he was still happy to serve us. From experience, late late night, most employees in the industry are not happy ppl. Jay, the young lady that night , and the hostess were all doing a fine job. It was that impactful. Thank you!!!“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“
