“My parents used to take us on weekend trips to Cincinnati when we were young, and that trip always included a stop at the local LaRosa's Pizza - LOVED their sausage pizza. Now, almost 40 years later, I decided to relive my childhood memories and stop by the Mt. Orab LaRosa's (at random passing through on a road trip). We got the Original Deluxe pizza (sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and family recipe pizza sauce). I kid you not, it was EXACTLY as tasty as I remember - huge chunks of quality pork sausage, slightly sweet juicy sauce, and an amazing light hand-tossed crust. Even the cheesy garlic bread was exactly as I remember! Not sure how long this location has been open, but the place was super clean and all staff we encountered were delightfully cheerful and smiling (especially our server Alexis N). You can tell that they are appreciated and taken care of - that is a sign of great management! Keep up the great work, Mt. Orab LaRosa's, and thank you for helping me relive some cherished memories. 🥹💙“

“I remember this pizza chain in the mid-80's. One came to Fairfield, OH on route 4. If you if have viewed pic's of the deep dish pan pizza you'll notice the 1.25 inch wall of crust, in the 80''s and the toppings were level to the top edge of the crust it was truly a pie. Deluxe pizzas were delicious and filling! In today' s times not so much.“

“I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Franny at Domino’s! She absolutely made my night. She was so sweet, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond. You can tell when someone truly cares about their customers, and Franny definitely does! She was AWESOME! I also have to shout out the delivery driver! I actually picked up my pizza, so I didn’t catch her name, but I saw her delivering at my apartments earlier in the night. She was so friendly and had such a great attitude! Even though I didn’t personally have a delivery from her, I noticed how awesome she was and wanted to give her some recognition too. Franny and that delivery driver are both a perfect example of what great customer service looks like! Domino’s is lucky to have them!“

“Great pizza for the price, and friendly staff. My solitary gripe occurred just last night, when I ordered carry out, which is my typical mode of ordering. Eight people working, and a new girl on the register, who didn't know how to simply open the register, or even log in for that matter. She stood there, had me wait over six minutes to get my food (though it was already made and waiting). That's right, she was either more concerned with her pride, or to upset her fellow employees by asking for assistance, than she was of my feelings. It was incredulous to me, as I have worked in both hospitality, and customer service, and would have RUN to gather help for a customer in need. I'll probably be taking a break from this Domino's for a while, which is a shame, because I like the people and the food. Being treated like I'm invisible by those who could add their expertise (save the one guy who always helps me who is awesome btw), or that I don't matter by a girl who just started. Again it's just unbelievable.“
