Turkey dinner was cold & the mashed potatoes were ice cold
Waited 25 minutes to get seated. Ordered an appetizer, it took 35 minutes to show up. Dinners took an hour to show up. They messed up my son’s order, so had to wait another 8 minutes for his dinner.
Three tables have had dirty plates on them for almost our entire meal (over an hour). One table still hasn’t been cleaned up. Might have been there since noon, who knows? Nothing more enjoyable than eating your dinner and the three tables nearby have dirty plates on them!

I wanted to let you know about my dismal experience at the Bob Evans Restaurant in Willoughby. I placed an order this evening for my family and went to pick the order up around 6:50 pm. Total cost of my order including the 15% tip that I left for the takeout order was around $71. When I went to pick up the order, the place was pretty empty.
