This has been my favorite restaurant for the past 3 years. I was there opening day, and have come back more times than I can count. It wouldn't have felt right if I didn't come in for one last meal on closing day. BRIM has some of the best food I've ever tasted. It's hard for me to really enjoy eating out because most places don't season food anymore . But I have to say this was the most surprising and amazing meal I've had in a long time! The atmosphere is so very beautiful the decor is very pleasing to the eye. Service excellent! Will continue to come here for as long as they're around!
Brim did not disappoint! It had been recommended to us and we drove close to 30 minutes to get there and it was worth the drive! The menu is seasonal and offered a great variety of items, all creatively prepared.
