Imagine this, 2 months ago reserved with a deposit the room for a birthday party, had $400 worth of food ordered. We arrive to set up 1 hr before for 35 guests coming , find a rm packed with people, we don’t have the rm only 2 tables for us to fit barely 20 ppl, band directly if front. I had the pleasure of meeting the Chef (Dalton) and he makes amazing food. The atmosphere was amazing. The bartender was friendly and the food was to die for.
Definitely coming back.

**Deep fried disappointment.**
I stopped in one afternoon with friends to check out the “relaunch” of Spirits. I was genuinely excited—I liked the old Spirits, and I liked Castaways, the new owners’ previous spot. I thought this might become my summer go-to.
That didn’t happen.
We grabbed a recently vacated table that was still covered in dirty glasses and beer cans. No big deal—we assumed someone would come by shortly. They didn’t.
