I’ve never had a problem with this location until now. I walk in at regular dinner time and everyone is standing around like it’s a funeral and staring at me like I had three heads. The lady behind the counter tells me they’re not taking orders, and meanwhile the DoorDashers are all crowded together like sardines in front of the fountain drinks nervously playing with their phones. This is great visual representation of the Willoughby chipotle. Only thing worse than these beans is the workers.
NEVER go to Willoughby Chipotle.
They were NOT taking walk-in orders soooooo we ordered 4 items on the app.
Our first mistake. Ready??
-Unrealistic completion time of 7 minutes. We walked out 27 minutes AFTER pickup time.
-Bowl w Sofritas had unordered fajita on it.
-Bowl w Fajitas…well, we know where THAT went…oh, almost NO rice 🙄
-Quesadilla came w 3 sides of sour cream, instead of 2 sides rice, 1 sour cream. Oh, and it had a HAIR in it! 😳...read full review
