I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!
When I walked in the young lady at the front counter spoke, but it took several minutes before she asked if I needed help. This was my very first time in here, so I didn't know what the procedure was. One of the young ladies came upfront gave a customer his order, she made direct eye contact with me but proceeded to walk off the young lady in the front had to say something to her. Her personality was flat while taking my order. I tried talking to her saying it smells good...
Great clean environment. Cookies are always fresh and sometimes even hot.
