Extremely unprofessional and racist. They refused to serve us after we called in. All of a sudden the kitchen closed. As the only minorities in the restaurant. It was weird. Very rude and nasty attitude. Could've atleast let our 11th month old get something to go.
This is not a color friendly establishment.

We love Hook & Hoof!! The food & drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is perfect. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Downtown Willoughby.

My wife and I went here for our 13th wedding anniversary. We didn't have reservations (I do recommend making one) but luckily Tom (our server) had a nice personal spot in the back. Low lighting, jazz inspired music, made the atmosphere perfect. Drinks and cocktail selections were awesome. The Japanese cocktail was prepared to perfection. Food was sooooo good. I had the halibut with risotto (the special for the day). The sear that was on the fish, tied in with the seasoning and sauce, simply phenomenal. My wife had the Elote Pappardelle. The chili lime tied into the breadcrumbs was sooooo good (she let me have a bite).
This is an amazing restaurant for a couple or small group to come and enjoy themselves at when needing a break from the casual dinner options out there. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for kids just due to the fact of it being more adult oriented in my opinion (no chicken nuggets here). But I will say it is very nice to have a top quality place to dine while not having to go downtown. I love the fact that it's right in the heart of downtown Willoughby.
Again, my wife and I had an amazing time and will be back again for those special celebrations. Thank you again Tom!

When I tell you, that the love that is put into each dish, and when I say each dish, I mean per person, per table... These chefs will literally redo it if they remotely feel it is not up to par. The atmosphere, the class, and for the love of God the Manhattans... Rick, a true gentleman and connoisseur of cocktails. Chaz, the owner... The most down-to-earth guy you could meet. If they're prepping wings for 3 days... What do you think they're going to do with your steak, pork chops, grits and onions... For the love of God.

We absolutely love it here! We go a few times a year and have never had a bad meal or bad service. Sarai the hostess is always so kind and our server Lisa was great! Thank you for always taking great care of us and making this year's father's day extra special.

Steak was dry, ordered it medium rare and it came medium, it was expensive for the quality, and the portions were small and overpriced. On a good note the potato wedges with the sauce were phenomenal and the waitress was friendly.

What can I say about this team and family! I have been avid supporters of the H&H team. I will always ride or die for this restaurant. But aside from that and my own biased opinion of how much I love their work ethic and the food, they genuinely know good food. When I say - you know the food is cooked with love when you taste it - that’s H&H at its core, they know what makes food taste like it’s made with love. Sure - I’m biased as a patron of many years but I can genuinely tell you this is the best fine dining food you will find on the east side of Cleveland. I will never not support this establishment and you would be a fool to not stop in and taste the delicious and delectable food they bring to you. They are truly the best of the BEST!
