avon shame on you!! charged $50 worth of food and don't even try correct this mess! nothing on burgers when I ordered 3 half pounder plus with everything. the only thing I was told was file a complaint online or drive 30 mins back and they can evaluate what they can do. We don't offer refunds we were missing appetizer as well!...thanks for nothing I will never return
Had the worst service in north canton. Olivia D was the server, and 3 things were wrong on our order, no problem, I’m human also, I asked to have them fixed, and she proceeded to be a smartass with me on why it’s my fault. I plainly showed my receipt and she was still arrogant like it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault.
Went to the Seven Hills location last night and now my daughter has been puking all night and this morning after eating a shrimp dinner. Our other food was cold and did not taste right but we are fine. Made an online order and waited 15 minutes at the restaurant because our car hop “forgot.” Never again eating their food and we ordered from Swenson’s at least once every couple weeks.
