This past weekend we had my son’s 21st birthday party and OH WHAT FUN!!! Great place for a party. I was looking for a fun and family friendly place at an affordable price and it was all of that and more! Katie the GM was awesome and super easy to work with. Everything went seamlessly!!! All

What an absolutely amazing night and experience with The Yard on 3rd! Our family rented out the inside area during the off season for our “Winter Blues 2024” party. Katie was our coordinator, hostess and bartender…. And MAN…. She rocked every aspect of her role! I originally inquired via FB messenger and her response time was within 5 mins! We had every detail planned for a party of about 40 people, within a few minutes (seriously) and she offered any additional support...read full review
