I haven't even finished dining yet, but I'm leaving this review for the sake of the employees, because they deserve the good review.
It's 9 PM and the place is still rushing. Three employees are absolutely busting their butts trying to help each other through a shift change. Always enjoy Waffle House on my travels. This location was great and the staff super friendly and courteous. Head over there when in Gates,NY.
Staff were great and served me quickly after sitting down. I got a waffle and a biscuit & gravy, which arrived in only a few minutes. The food had a good taste and price, though it was not exceptional in either respect. The portions are also a little larger than I'd prefer, with a waffle and side leaving me slightly over-full.
